Reputation Management Automation: Build a Clean Review-Request Process

Reputation automation should make it easier to ask real customers for honest feedback at the right moment. It should not manufacture reviews, gate negative feedback, or imply an experience that did not happen.

A responsible review-request workflow

  1. Choose the real customer event that makes a review request appropriate.
  2. Confirm the contact is eligible and has not opted out of the relevant communication.
  3. Send a clear request for honest feedback.
  4. Link to the appropriate review destination or feedback flow.
  5. Limit reminders and stop after the desired action or opt-out.
  6. Monitor the process for failed links, duplicate requests and staff exceptions.

Choose the trigger carefully

A pipeline stage named “completed” is only useful if staff apply it consistently. If the trigger does not reliably correspond to a real completed customer interaction, the automation will ask the wrong people at the wrong time.

HighLevel fit

HighLevel includes reputation and review-request tooling in its broader platform, and the current Bootcamp lists reputation and reviews management among the quick-win setup topics. That makes reputation a natural adjacent workflow after lead handling and appointment management are stable.
