A responsible review-request workflow
- Choose the real customer event that makes a review request appropriate.
- Confirm the contact is eligible and has not opted out of the relevant communication.
- Send a clear request for honest feedback.
- Link to the appropriate review destination or feedback flow.
- Limit reminders and stop after the desired action or opt-out.
- Monitor the process for failed links, duplicate requests and staff exceptions.
Choose the trigger carefully
A pipeline stage named “completed” is only useful if staff apply it consistently. If the trigger does not reliably correspond to a real completed customer interaction, the automation will ask the wrong people at the wrong time.
HighLevel fit
HighLevel includes reputation and review-request tooling in its broader platform, and the current Bootcamp lists reputation and reviews management among the quick-win setup topics. That makes reputation a natural adjacent workflow after lead handling and appointment management are stable.
