What SaaS Mode changes
HighLevel’s current Agency Pro pricing describes SaaS Mode, automated sub-account creation and the ability to rebill phone and email with markup. The current SaaS Configurator documentation says agencies can package, price and sell platform access as recurring plans and automate account creation/onboarding.
Do you need Agency Pro?
If the primary requirement is simply managing many client sub-accounts, the Unlimited plan already provides unlimited sub-accounts. Agency Pro becomes relevant when the operating model depends on SaaS Mode, automated provisioning, advanced API access or markup-based rebilling.

A sensible SaaS offer starts with one repeatable outcome
- Choose a narrow customer segment or service use case.
- Define the recurring outcome the client is paying for—not just “access to software.”
- Build the underlying workflows, funnels, calendars and fields in a clean source account.
- Package the reusable configuration as a snapshot where appropriate.
- Create the SaaS plan and onboarding logic only after the delivery pattern is stable.
- Document usage-based costs so your pricing does not ignore telephony, messaging, AI or other metered services.
Where SaaS Mode fits—and where it does not
SaaS Mode is a strong fit for agencies intentionally productizing a repeatable system. It is unnecessary overhead for an operator who only wants a CRM for one business, or an agency that will continue to deliver every account as a fully custom service engagement.
