HighLevel Pricing 2026: $97 vs $297 vs $497 Plans

HighLevel currently has three self-serve plans: Starter, Unlimited and Agency Pro. The headline subscription is only the first layer; agencies should also account for usage-based services and optional add-ons.

Starter$97Solo operator / small business / new agency3 sub-accounts
Unlimited$297Growing agencyUnlimited sub-accounts, basic API, phone/email rebilling without markup
Agency Pro$497SaaS-style agencySaaS Mode, automated sub-account creation, rebilling with markup, advanced API

HighLevel’s pricing page also currently lists annual prices of $970, $2,970 and $4,970 respectively. Pricing and packaging can change, so verify the vendor page before purchasing.

The 14-day versus 30-day trial distinction

HighLevel’s standard public pricing page currently advertises a 14-day trial. The specific Bootcamp landing page linked by Agency Ops Atlas advertises a 30-day trial tied to the free live Bootcamp. Those are different signup paths, so do not assume every HighLevel signup page offers the same trial length.

Usage-based costs that can matter

HighLevel’s billing support guide says an Agency Wallet funds usage-based services. It lists common wallet-funded items including phone, email, email validation, AI usage and premium workflow features.

  • LC Email is currently documented at $0.675 per 1,000 emails.
  • Phone pricing varies by region and product; HighLevel points users to its LC Phone pricing guide.
  • AI products can be pay-per-use or use separate monthly plans depending on the product and configuration.
  • Some premium workflow features are billed per execution.
  • Optional services such as dedicated IPs, listings, WhatsApp integration and WordPress hosting have separate pricing.

Which plan should an agency start with?

If you have no more than three client/business sub-accounts and do not need the higher-tier agency controls, Starter is the obvious baseline to evaluate. If the core requirement is managing many client accounts, Unlimited is the structural step-up. Agency Pro becomes easier to justify when SaaS Mode, automated provisioning or markup-based rebilling are part of the business model.

Before choosing Pro just because it is the highest tier, read the SaaS Mode guide and model your offer.
